Here at TenantCloud we are constantly developing new features for you inspired by you. We appreciate our customers’ feedback and ideas, because they help our team to move forward and become better! Here are a couple of enhancements you may find exciting:
Profile Settings for Sub Admins
We’ve made improvements for sub-admins and cleaned up the account information layout. The main account settings are separated from the options that can be set by the sub-admin, including changing the password and setting up 2FA. Your security is our number one priority.
Property Management Agreement
Now it’s easier to keep all your information in one place with the ability to create and send an Owner Agreement for signature to both sole owners and those with split ownership. This means you can add a custom Property Management Agreement Template or use the basic template available in your Document Templates settings. But please note, it’s available only in Property Manager Mode.
Property Terms for Property Managers
Managing multiple Owners just became easier. Now you can set up Management, Renewal Fees, and Service Fees for each managed property. These fees will help you to add all the necessary invoices while renewing leases or managing maintenance requests. But please note, it’s available only in Property Manager Mode.
Improved Maintenance Requests
We know you like our Maintenance Requests, but there’s always room for improvement. That’s why we’ve added a new status: ''cancelled.'' We hope you’ll find this a convenient option, especially if a request is shared with your tenant and service professional. Any user can change a maintenance request’s status to "canceled" and keep you updated. Enjoy!
