TenantCloud, LLC is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. Please note that refusal to provide Personal Information may result in our inability to provide the Services to you, to manage our relationship with you, or to improve the Services. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions.

Information Collection And Use

We collect your email address in order to set up an account and your IP address in order to verify location.

Examples of other information we store include, but are not limited to, demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests, other information related to customer surveys and/or offers, IP address.

We collect this Personal Information for the purposes of taking steps to carry out or perform our contractual obligations with you and for our legitimate purpose of enhancing the Services including for the following reasons:

  • Payment and transaction-based fraud-prevention to protect you, your tenants, owners, service professionals you engage with and other TenantCloud users;
  • Existing fraud prevention, which helps protect your listing from others copying and stealing the listing;
  • Sending you promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the e-mail address you provided; 
  • Customizing the website according to your interests.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

You may request details of Personal Information which we hold about you. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please contact us. We will provide all your information within 30 days. 

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of September 17, 2018 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
