Whether you’re managing a single building or a portfolio of dozens, this report tracks every liability transaction you have. It covers security deposits, pet fees, and any other liability charges, excluding income, management fees, and owner-related entries. The result is a report that is tidy, to the point, and simple to reconcile.

Tax Preparation Report

No more last-minute panic. TenantCloud’s Tax Preparation Report lays out every dollar of property income and expense, sorted, labeled, and ready to roll into the IRS filing.

Whether you’re filing Schedule E or just lining up yearly earnings, this report organizes everything in a straightforward, easy-to-follow layout.

The report automatically sorts transactions into IRS-approved Schedule E categories, so you won’t waste time labeling. Prefer a standard category layout? Simply switch Schedule E off. You can choose either Cash or Accrual reporting based on your internal bookkeeping.

As requested, we reorganized the data by category and year, which will ease the burden on your CPA, making life easier for you both.
