Redesigned Tenant profile. Now it has a new sidebar. Added 2 additional tabs to Tenant profile: Applications (that displays approved applications of selected TT) and Requests (that displays all submitted maintenance requests related to selected TT).
In the Methods and per-transaction fees section, we have provided the ability to enable or block card and bank payments as a general setting for tenants or/and owners. This feature allows for greater control and flexibility in managing payment methods.
We have renamed the Settings tab to Entities for better clarity. Additionally, we have introduced a new tab called Payment Settings which comprises four sections: Partial Payments settings, Faster Payments, NSF fee settings, and Methods and per-transaction fees.
We’ve organized everything into neat, easy-to-read grids, making finding what you’re looking for simple. We’ve renamed some of the sections to reflect their functions better. We’ve also moved profile information, an option to add another account, and a log-out button to the page’s top right.
From now you can make recurring/end recurring/delete recurring requests right from a maintenance request. We have added the recurring icons to mark recurring MRs on the list cards, preview pages, and Related maintenance requests section. Also, a Request schedule filter was implemented.
We have improved the Recurring maintenance requests feature mainly the List, and Create page. Each recurring can be ended manually now, as well as there’s an option to add an end date. We added a Preview page, Future status, and export.
We have improved the Tickets page and added additional filters. You can search on the page by the ticket title, date and type. The Visit Help Center button redirects to the page with useful articles. The card shows the following ticket details: ID, title, status, assignee, created date and type.
