Great news! Now, tenants have the option to report up to 24 months of their payment history, boosting their score quickly in just one month and continuing to build it over time.
Rent reporting is a great feature that reports your rent payments to the credit bureaus and helps to build your credit history and boost your credit score. When you pay rent through the system, your payments are reported to the following credit reporting bureaus in the US: TransUnion, Equifax
We’ve created a new Public Renter Profile page for tenants. It’s a public page displaying information from Renter Profile as well as the preferences for the desired rental. Activate it and share it on the Internet and find a perfect rental for you.
Tenant Dashboard view along with lease details has been improved. Now, leases are shown on the dropdown with their status. Property/unit and Landlord/Property Manager cards’ design a little bit changed.
