A visual tool to track lease activity across properties. Instantly see current, upcoming, and past occupancies, spot expiring leases, and take action directly from the board. Switch between list and timeline views for better clarity. Timeline view is available on the Pro plan and up.
Managing equipment just got easier! You can now delete, assign to a property, or unassign multiple items at once directly from the Equipment page. Save time and simplify your workflow with these new bulk actions.
New list of properties is now available. There are 2 types of list to be displayed:
You can change the page view at any time, and the last changes remain saved.
We’ve improved the property import process. Now, it looks like a wizard form, with just a few steps: use the suggested file as a template, map the fields, correct any validation errors, if present, and import the properties all at once.
Now, it is easier to navigate the needed equipment as you can use filters and widgets, which show the main information directly on the list page. You can also schedule recurring checkups if your equipment requires it and you’ll never miss it.
Landlord/PM are able to select the default assignee for the maintenance requests for all properties. “Auto assigning to maintenance requests” option is added to the Maintenance Request settings. Additionally LL/PM can set a specific Assignee for each property’s requests in Property -> Utility tab.
The Keys & Locks will help you to track all keys in one place. The page displays the list of keys that have been added and also provides an option to create/edit/delete a key and assign it to a specific property and unit. With swimlanes for Assigned keys, LL/PM can sort the keys by the property.
