New design of Tenant Dashboard

Tenant Dashboard view along with lease details has been improved. Now, leases are shown on the dropdown with their status. Property/unit and Landlord/Property Manager cards’ design a little bit changed.

Text/PDF Editor on Send Notices flow

With our two editors you can now drag the text boxes for signature/initials/date signed and assign the notices clauses you would like your tenants to sign and/or require to provide needed information.

New design of a calendar

We’ve implemented a new calendar design. Now you can more easily navigate events added to the calendar and view information about lease expiration dates, reminders, insurance, equipment warranties, recurring maintenance and more.

New Trust & Verification flow

The new Trust & Verification process has been updated for all portals to match the wizard flow and will make the process faster and easier. If you are not on the subscription plan, the “Credit Card”(Checkout) step has been moved from the first to the last step.

New Account Settings

The new Account Settings page simplifies the process of editing/viewing profile information, which is now divided into 3 tabs: Profile, Security, Integrations. Each tab is divided into sections which are updated and saved separately.

Default signatures on Text editor

Just switch the toggle for “Default Signatures” on and it will automatically assign signatures/date signed elements at the bottom of the agreement to all the tenants you are about to move in. Check it out!

The maintenance request preview page has been improved. Now, the fields are grouped and user can add some information such as assignee, tenants, materials, equipment, transactions directly on the preview page using pop-ups.

The listing process has been updated to match the wizard flow. A new wizard form starts with the syndication scenario page and proceeds with 3 steps: Property Information, Leasing Details, and Application Settings.
