Data Sources
- If you’re just starting out or managing only a few units, the Starter plan gives you all the basics you need to operate smoothly—tenant screening, rental advertising, online rent collection, leasing tools, and digital signatures.
- If you’re ready for more automation and efficiency, the Growth plan unlocks smarter workflows like move-in/move-out inspections, team management, a 1099 tax form, and expanded reports—ideal once you outgrow basic tools.
- If you manage multiple properties or work with a team, the Pro plan offers a major upgrade with advanced accounting and operational features, including a tenant message board, a custom listing website, a full lease builder, state-specific legal forms, and bank reconciliation
- If you run a large portfolio or a property management company, the Business plan gives you the highest level of customization and control—property owner management, depreciation and amortization tracking, team activity timelines, custom onboarding, and premium support. It’s designed for teams who want scalable workflows and hands-on assistance.

What is the difference between the Starter, Growth, Pro, and Business plans?
Starter:
Essential tools for landlords who want to collect rent online, screen tenants, manage leases, and track basic maintenance.
Growth:
Everything in Starter, plus more automation, expanded reports, additional screening features, and priority support—ideal for growing rental portfolios.
Pro:
Advanced tools for serious landlords and property managers: full accounting, premium reporting, team features, integrations, and more control over your workflow.
Business:
Built for property management companies and large portfolios. Includes all Pro features, plus custom roles & permissions, advanced team onboarding, personalized support, and scalable tools to manage hundreds or thousands of units.
Is the "Business" plan really custom? What does "Starting at $100/mo" mean?
Yes – the Business plan is fully customizable. Unlike the other plans, it’s designed for larger portfolios and property management teams that need specific workflows, permissions, and support levels.
“Starting at $100/mo” means that $100 is the base price for the core Business features. From there, your final monthly cost depends on:
- how many units you manage,
- which premium features you choose, and
- whether you need custom roles, onboarding, or team add-ons.
You only pay for what you actually need, so the plan scales with your portfolio and your operations.
Can multiple team members use the same account?
Yes. You can invite team members to your account and assign roles and permissions based on what they need to access — from maintenance coordination to accounting tasks. This keeps your workflows secure and clearly organized without sharing logins.
What level of support is included?
All plans include access to our Help Center, email support, and in-app chat (availability may vary by plan). Higher-tier plans may include faster response times or priority assistance. If you need hands-on help, our onboarding team can guide you through setup.
Is onboarding included? Do you help me migrate my data
Yes — we offer onboarding support to help you get up and running. For larger portfolios or Business accounts, we can also assist with data migration, including importing units, leases, tenants, and financials. The level of onboarding included depends on your plan.
Or you can import your data manually into your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
For Rent Collection, we offer several secure and convenient online payment options, including:
- ACH bank transfers (the most reliable and lowest-fee method)
- Debit and credit cards
- Digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available)
You can choose which payment methods to enable for your tenants, and renters will only see the options you turn on. All payments sync automatically to your account for easy tracking and reporting.
What’s the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly billing lets you pay month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
Annual billing is paid upfront for the full year and comes with a discounted rate, helping you save more over time. Both options include the same features — it simply depends on how you prefer to pay.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your data is yours. If you decide to cancel, you can export your leases, transactions, reports, and documents before closing your account. Learn how to export your data from your account in this article. We securely retain your data for a limited period according to our data retention policy.
How safe is my data?
All data transferred within the system is encrypted. Whether users are at their computer or on their smartphone, absolutely nothing goes over the network without encryption. The software uses 256-bit AES, supports TLS 1.2 for all data, and uses the ECDHE_RSA Key Exchange Algorithm. We work promptly to update the system to respond to new vulnerabilities as they are discovered.
