How do I connect with my Service Professional?

In order to assign and share maintenance requests, send messages, and exchange files within the system, you need to connect with a Service Professional. To do that, go to "Contacts" and switch to the "Professionals" tab.  Next, click the "view" button for the necessary account:

Press the "Actions" button in the top right corner, select "Connect Professional", and then click "Send Request":
