How do I resend a connection request to a tenant?

During the process of setting up connections with your tenants in the system, there could be situations when you need to resend a new connection request. To resend a request, open your tenant profile on the Contacts page and select “Resend Connection“ from the “Actions” three dots menu.

Please note:
The “Resend Connection“ option will be available 24 hours after the initial request has been sent.

However, you may have scenarios when you would like to resend the connection request without waiting for the next 24 hours. The possible solution is to edit your tenant profile, remove the current request and then submit a new request.
