What does the status of the maintenance request indicate?

Maintenance requests are divided into several statuses:

- new
- in progress
- resolved
- deferred
- canceled
- archived

  • "New" status indicates that your landlord or their tenant has created the work order manually and submitted the request online.

You can only view the request status and aren't able to edit or remove it.

  • You can view the "In progress" status changes made by your landlord or service pro.
  • You can view the "Resolved" status changes made by your landlord or service pro.
  • You can view the "Cancelled" status changes made by your landlord or service pro.
  • You can view the "Deferred" status changes made by your landlord.
  • You can view the "Archived" status changes made by your landlord.
  • Approval Pending
    This status indicates that your property manager has sent the request to you for cost approval.
  • Approved
    This status indicates that you have selected one bid and approved the costs.
  • Declined
    This status indicates that you have declined all bids.
