What does the status of the maintenance request indicate?

Maintenance requests are divided into several statuses:

- new

- in progress

- resolved

- deferred

- canceled

- archived

  • "New" status indicates that your landlord or their tenant has created the work order manually and submits the request online.

You can only view the request status and aren't able to edit or remove it.

  • You can view the "In progress" status changes made by your landlord or service pro.
  • You can view the "Resolved" status changes made by your landlord or service pro.
  • You can view the "Cancelled" status changes made by your landlord or service pro.
  • You can view the "Deferred" status changes made by your landlord.
  • You can view the "Archived" status changes made by your landlord.
