How do I request additional information from an applicant?

If you received a new application from the prospective tenant, but would like to request additional information from them, go to the "Applications" in the left-side menu on your dashboard choose the necessary applicant and press the "View" button:

Choose the "Request Information" option from "Action" menu. Please specify what should be updated and your applicant will receive an email with the requested information. Press the "Request" button:

When an applicant updates the Rental Application on their end, the status of the application will change from "Pending" to "Updated":
