How do I invoice a landlord?
After your landlord has submitted a maintenance request, you can create an income invoice for them. For example, to cover work order expenses.
1. Click "Tasks" from the left-side menu and click "details" under the maintenance request:
2. Scroll down and click on "+ invoice client":
3. Fill out required fields. Additionally, you can type in the details and add attachments by clicking on the "Upload File" button.. Press the "Create" button:
4. You can view the created invoice in the "Accounting" section:
