How to invoice a landlord?

After your landlord has submitted a maintenance request, you can create an income invoice for them. For example, to cover work order expenses.

1. Click "Work orders" from the left-side menu and click "View" under the maintenance request:

 

2. Scroll down and click on "+ invoice client":

 

3. Fill out required fields. Due date, Category and Amount. You can also type in a description and add attachments by clicking on a cloud icon. Press the "Create invoice" button:

 

4. You can view the created invoice in the "Accounting" section:
