How do I add roommates that pay separately?

When you have two roommates that are paying separate invoices, they will need to have their own separate leases. Even though you're creating a separate lease for the roommate, the dates, amounts, and settings will be the same as the first lease that you create.

To add roommates that pay separately, you first need to have one of the roommates moved in. Once you have completed the move-in for the first roommate.

Select "Contacts" from the left side menu:

If you use the E-signature feature, your tenants will receive a notification that they have a lease to sign.
