Can my Property Manager rate my services?

Property Managers can rate the service and leave a review about service professional’s work that will be displayed in the Public Business Profile. In order to be able to receive reviews, please make sure you are connected with your Property Manager and that they have assigned a maintenance request to you.

Once a maintenance request is resolved, a Property Manager will have a “Rate & Review“ option related to that particular request. They can simply rate your service or/and leave a review. The review will be posted to your Public Business Profile after one of our moderators review it:

Please note!
A Property Manager will be able to rate the previously resolved maintenance request within 14 days.

When the review is approved by one of our moderators, you will receive an email and feed notification about it.

Please note!
If your Public Business Profile is deactivated, you will want to activate it in order to check reviews.
