How do I export my account data?

To export your account data, go to the "Settings" section in your account and click "Account Settings"

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Export data" button:

Select what items you would like to include in the ZIP file. You can choose everything on the list or select particular items like property/units, contacts and etc.:

It moves the export data file into the Downloads header and once the export is ready you can download it to your device:

Please note!
If the archive file is too large, the process of generation of file can take some time. You will receive an email that the archive is ready and you can log in to your account and download the archive.

The “Export data“ option is available on the desktop only.
