What do the Background Check, Credit Check and Full Check reports look like?

The software provides three main screening packages powered by TransUnion and TazWorks: Full Check ($39), Credit Check ($30), and Background Check ($30) reports.

 Full Check is a process a person or company uses to verify that an individual is who they claim to be, and provides an opportunity for someone to check a person’s criminal record, education, employment history, and other activities that happened in the past to confirm their validity. It shows the record of the borrower's credit history from several sources, including banks, credit card companies, collection agencies, and governments.

Full Check report includes:

  • Bankruptcies Search;
  • Full Credit Report with Resident Score;
  • Instant State Data;
  • National Criminal Search;
  • National Sex Offender Data;
  • OFAC/ Most Wanted Searches;
  • SSN Verification/ Address History.
  • National Eviction Search.

Please note!
We don’t do any type of employment verification at this time. The credit report may show the most recent employer reported, but that’s only updated when a creditor actually reports employment that was listed on an application to obtain credit.

Additionally, you can order a report called Income insights ($6) to be informed when the income information provided by rental applicants doesn’t match the income information reported with their screening.

You can get even more information about your applicant with one of the in-depth County Criminal Records Search packages on top of the selected Basic Full Check report:

  • Essential County Search ($15 additionally): One real-time county criminal search in the county the applicant currently resides in. That will form an Essential Full Check report ($54).
  • Premium County Search ($25 additionally): An unlimited county search in real-time in every county the applicant has ever resided in. That will form a Premium Full Check report ($64).

Additionally, you can order a report called Income Insights ($6 add-on) to determine if the income information provided by the rental applicant doesn’t match the income information reported with their screening. This add-on will form the following reports:

  • Full Check Plus report ($45);
  • Essential Full Check Plus report ($60);
  • Premium Full Check Plus report ($70).

Please note!
Basic Full Check Plus ($45) report with the Income insights information included will be requested from the applicants when the screening is required for the application.

Credit Check report provides all the information about the applicant’s credit history that would be supplied to a creditor but delivers the information in an easy-to-read format.

Credit Check report includes:

  • Bankruptcies Search;
  • Full Credit Report with Resident Score;
  • SSN Verification/Address History.

Basic Background Check is a process a person or company uses to verify that an individual is who they claim to be, and this provides an opportunity to check and confirm the validity of someone's criminal record, education, employment history, and other activities from their past

Basic Background Check report includes:

  • Instant State Data;
  • National Criminal Search;
  • National Sex Offender Data;
  • OFAC/Most Wanted Searches.

Please note!
You can add one of the offered County Criminal Records Search packages to the Basic Backgroung Check report as well. That will form the following reports:

  • Essential Background Сheck ($45);
  • Premium Background Сheck ($55).

Once an applicant has completed their portion of the report and passed the identity verification, the screening report will be shown in the Rental Application of that applicant.

The report is available for 30 days for the landlord and the applicant.

Screening reports can be requested for US residents only.

Please note!
Each screening is only good for use on a single application. It cannot be transferred to applications for other properties or landlords. There are no set-up fees or any hidden costs. The screening fee is non-refundable. If you paid for the report, but the applicant didn't complete their part within the next 3 days, funds won't be charged.
