What if my applicant is unable to pass identity verification?

When submitting the Screening Report, your applicant will need to verify their identity and answer three questions, which are based on their personal credit profile. There is a time limit of 5 minutes per session, as well as a maximum of 7 attempts. Any answers that are submitted by the applicant after the seventh attempt will result in an error and their identity will not be verified.

 

In this case, the user will need to call the TransUnion call center to further assist in a manual verification process. Once a renter’s identity is verified, the report will be generated. The Screening Report is available for 30 days.
