Why is my TCBalance negative?

Sometimes transactions to or from a bank can fail due to different reasons. It typically happens in the case of insufficient funds.

There are a couple of things you can do:

  • If you think the tenant won't be able to make a successful payment, then transferring funds back into your TCPayments balance will clear the negative amount.
  • Contact the tenant to find out if they are planning to make a payment. Once payment is received, the negative balance will be cleared.
