How do I change a property status from vacant to occupied?

In order to change a property status from vacant to occupied, you will need to move in a tenant to this particular property/unit and make sure the lease is in "Active" status:

For more information, please go to:
How do I create a lease?

Please note! If the lease is in "Insurance Pending," "Signature Pending," "Ended," or "Past" statuses, the property will be shown as vacant until the tenant signs the lease, provides insurance, or until you as a landlord/property manager renew it. After the lease has been renewed, the property status will be changed from vacant to occupied on the lease start date.
