How do I make a few payments?

If you need to pay more than one invoice, click the rent icon in the left menu. You will see your outstanding balance and will be able to check the boxes below the invoices you would like to pay. Click the "Pay online" button on the right side of the page: 

If you are allowed to make partial payments, you can provide the amount you would like to pay for each invoice on the checkout page. Select the available preferred payment method from the right and enter the required information, depending on the selected payment option. Click "Pay Online" at the bottom of the page to initiate the payments:

If you use TCPayments powered by Dwolla, select the bank account you would like the funds to be withdrawn from and check the box to confirm the transaction.

Please note!

A bank or credit union transaction usually takes 3–4 business days to complete via ACH used by banks to transfer funds. Transfers take longer to complete if they are over a weekend or a holiday.

Pay with credit card:

Select "Credit card" from the "Pay online" section. Fill in your card number, expiration date, CVC, and press "Pay online." There may be a fee of 2.9% + 30c applied.

 

Please note!

A Stripe account is only required if you want to receive credit card payments (deposit refunds) from your landlord or property manager. Stripe is a credit card processing system which enables you to receive payments with all major cards from customers around the world.
