How do I submit a support ticket?
If you have questions, need assistance, or have ideas and suggestions, Submit a ticket to our support team, and we will do our best to help you as soon as possible!
You can find the "Support icon" in the bottom left corner of your dashboard:
If you are faced with a technical issue, select "Need Support." If you have a feature request or idea/suggestion, select "Have an idea":
Once you select "Need Support," you will be given the option to choose the relevant category connected to your technical issue. Select the category and the system will provide you with related FAQs which might be helpful for you:
If you find an answer which solves your issue, click on "I found an answer." This action will cancel the progress, and no ticket will be created. If the suggested articles were not helpful, please click on "Continue to create a ticket."
Please provide details of the technical issue along with attached screenshots. Click on "Submit a ticket" to submit the support ticket, and one of our support managers will reply to you as soon as possible.
If you have a feature request, idea, or suggestion, click on "Have an idea." Provide a description of your feature request or idea, and we will be happy to add it to the list of future software improvements to make TenantCloud more convenient for you.
