How do I add a commercial unit?

To add a commercial property, go to "Properties" in the left menu and press the "+ add property" button:

Fill in all required fields (property name, address, market rent, etc.) and choose multi-unit type. Then select the unit type as commercial:

Also, select the currency for this property's accounting from the drop-down menu. Press "Create" to complete the process:
