How do I un-assign a bank account from a property?
If you want the funds related to a specific property to be sent to your TC Balance and not your bank account, you will need to un-assign the bank account associated with the property in your TC Payments settings.
To do this, go to the "TC Payments" settings from "Settings" → "Online Payments" menu→ "TC Payments Powered by Dwolla" and click the "Bank Accounts" tab.
Scroll to the bottom of the page. You'll see a list of your properties, the bank account linked to each property, and its status. Select “TC Payments Balance” in front of the desired property in the automatic deposit account field.
A status of Not Assigned means that all funds related to a property that are sent online will be deposited to your TCBalance account.
A status of Assigned means that all funds related to a property that are sent online will be deposited to the assigned bank account. Time from Dwolla network to recipient’s bank account: 1-2 business days.
You can re-assign the bank account at any time. Transactions already pending at the time of bank account re-assignment will not change the destination source.
