Why was my ID rejected by TenantCloud?
There are a few reasons why your ID could have been rejected by our verification manager.
You provided a selfie without your ID held next to your face. You will need to provide a photo of yourself holding your ID.
You provided an unclear, unreadable, and/or black and white photo of your ID. Please update your verification information and resubmit it with a clear, readable, and valid ID.
You provided an invalid ID. You will need to update your verification information and upload a valid ID.
Our verification manager always provides the reason for any decline and a workaround.
