Why can't I see maintenance requests created by my client?

If your landlord/property manager states that maintenance request(s) have been assigned to you but you do not see them on your end, ask them to make sure that maintenance requests have been shared with you by enabling the "share with professional" toggle button. 

The landlord/property manager should go to Maintenance from the left side menu and click "Details" for the required work-order. Then select "Edit" from the three-dot menu and enable the "Share with professional" toggle button. You will then receive the maintenance request on your end so that you can view and begin working on it.
