How do I manage uploaded files?

File Manager is a quick and easy way to navigate through the files which your landlord has shared with you or which you have uploaded yourself. It also has an array of features that can help you to manage your files, such as downloading, deleting, and arranging. There are 512 MB of usable space in your File Manager section.

Accessing the File Manager

Go to the Settings menu and select "File Manager". Here you will see All Files but you can also sort the list to see Images, Documents or Videos separately by clicking on the respective tabs:

By default, the system sorts all files so you can see the latest files first. In order to show it in reverse order, be sure to click on the Files arrows button to show the earliest files first instead:

Next to each file, you will see the Three Dots menu - there you can download the file, rename, edit or remove it by selecting one of these options from the context menu according to your needs:

Note! Files with the exclamation mark cannot be managed because they are linked to the related lease agreements, rental applications, screening reports, renter’s insurances, etc.

You can also search for the desired file in the list by clicking the Search button:

In order to manage multiple files at the same time, please checkmark the needed documents and select one of the options from the Actions three dots menu:
