How do I submit a maintenance request?
Firstly, open "Maintenance" from left-side menu and click "+Add Maintenance Request":
You can search the category below or select the category. Also, you can set up a priority of the maintenance request. Please, fill out the required fields:
If you choose from the categories below, there are 4 steps:
On the last step you can give request a title and also add some details:
Here you can attach a photo or a video of the problem.
Please note, after uploading video system will render it for 1-2 minutes.
Assign yourself or select the Service Professional from the list. Connect and post the order to ServicePro Portal. Communicate, add materials, and create transactions within the order:
Fill out the materials section and click "Create" to complete the procedure:
