What is Trust & Verification?

The TenantCloud community is made up of landlords, property managers, tenants and service professionals. Verifying your identity, whether for your banking information or for listings helps other users know it is safe to interact with you and send you money. Given the real estate market has been faced with fake listings and unsuspecting tenants being tricked out of thousands of dollars. TenantCloud has gone the extra mile to protect all users, by allowing you to verify yourself, so paying tenants will fill safe in knowing it is you they are paying.

This information is used for the exclusive and sole purpose of identifying you in order to provide a verified stamp of approval. We hope you will help make TenantCloud a safe place for tenants by getting verified and leaving no doubt you are who you say you are.

You can use your TenantCloud account without verifying your identity, but before you can set up TCPayments and list properties on our partners sites, you need to provide a verification of your identity to help us prevent fraud and create trust for your potential tenants and other TenantCloud users.

To get the verification shield, read How to verify my account?
