How do I view and accept connection requests?
In order to pay rent online, submit maintenance requests, communicate, and transact with your landlord within the system, you must be connected with your landlord and have a shared, active lease. If your landlord has sent you a connection request, it will be pending on the "Feed Notifications" page.
To view and accept the request, please, log in to your account and click the "Feed Notification" icon in the top left corner of your dashboard.
Click "Accept" to connect with your landlord:
You can decline the request if you do not want to be connected with your landlord. Please note that if you do so, you will be unable to communicate or transact within the system:
