How do I view and accept connection requests?
To be able to see the rental information, submit maintenance requests, send messages and exchange files inside the system, you need to accept the landlord's connection request first.
On the dashboard you can view the "Connection Request" from your Landlord/PM:
To accept the request click "Accept" and then press the "Confirm" button:
