How do I pay an owner?
The Owner Distribution option is available starting with the Growth Plan. Property Managers can pay their properties owners and receive owner contributions online.
In order to pay an owner, click "Accounting" in the left-side menu on your dashboard. Click the "Money Out" button and then choose "Owner Distribution" from the drop-down options:
Fill in the information about the owner, property, and unit, and then press the "Create invoice" button. If the owner has not set up the online payment option, click the "Create Invoice" or "Mark as Paid" button:
If an owner has set up the online payment option, you can click the ''Pay Online'' button and proceed with selecting the online payment method:
You will be offered to pay with TC Payments powered by Dwolla or Stripe.
