TenantCloud Support

What does my tenant see?

A tenant account allows users to fill in their personal rental data and store necessary documents.

Every registered tenant at TenantCloud has their own unique login and password which allows them to log in to their personal dashboard (see below).

On the dashboard, tenants are able to pay their rent (with PayPal, Stripe, or TC Payments powered by Dwolla), submit rental applications, view rental application, as well as submit new maintenance requests.

Tip: In case you don't want your tenants to have their personal account (if you just want to add their data to your own account), please make sure that you are not sending them invites to connect in regards to the lease (See “How to connect with your tenant?"). In this case, they will not get any notification on their email addresses.

Tenants can submit maintenance requests straight from their dashboard:

Tenants also have an option to keep track of all their payments and receipts:

Tenants are offered three payments options to pay rent online: TC Payments powered by Dwolla, PayPal, and Stripe:
