Let's get started with TenantCloud!
TenantCloud Software offers plenty of useful features for Tenants, You can find a new home and apply for it online as well as sign lease documents and track your rental history in your account. Using TC, you can also submit maintenance requests, communicate with your landlords or service providers, and pay rent online using one of the convenient payment method options.
These are some basic steps that will help you to set up your account quickly and easily.
This is your Dashboard. It includes various widgets with custom options, quick buttons and features available for your account that will give you quick access to important information. Press "Set my wishlist" button to easily find a home that matches all your requirements:

The "Rent $" page displays a list of transactions that help you to keep track of the funds sent to and received from your landlord.
Each transaction has a certain status:
- "Unpaid" status marks posted invoices that are due to be paid.
- "Pending" status marks the submitted payments that haven't been cleared to the bank yet.
- "Paid" status marks the payments that have been processed.
To pay your invoices click the "Pay online" button on the right of the screen. Press the "Details" link to view the complete transaction information:
To make online payments, your landlord must have the same payment system set up for their account.
Also in order to be able to pay rent or submit maintenance requests online, you have to be connected to your landlord and have the lease shared.
This page shows all the information about your rental, lease transactions, and insurance, as well as the status of your lease. To view the lease details, click the "View rental information" link at the bottom of the rental info card:
On the "My Rental" page you can also find your landlord's contact information, as well as send a message or a maintenance request to them by clicking the appropriate buttons below the landlord's name. Check the User Connection Status (two circles next to username) to be sure you are connected to your landlord. The User Status will be grey if you are not connected or green if you are connected:
The "Fix it" page displays a list of the maintenance requests that are Open, In Progress and Resolved. The requests can be shared by the connected Landlords/Service Pro's or can be created manually by you. To add a maintenance request, click the "+Add Maintenance Request" button in the upper right corner of the page. You can also view the Request details by clicking the "View" link at the bottom of the Request Info Card:

If your potential landlord has sent you a rental application to submit, you will find it in the "Applications" section of your Dashboard. On this page, you can also find a rental by yourself and submit an application request. For that, click the "+ Find A Rental" button in the upper right corner of the screen. Or you can use the "Find a rental" icon located above. Enter the city, state or zip code of the location you are interested in and click the "Search" button to find the home of your dreams:

If you are looking for a new home, visit the "Rental Wishlist" page from the left-side menu. There you will be able to set up the search criteria of the ideal rental property for you. On the "Suggested Properties" tab you will find the rental options that meet your requirements. The "Invites" tab contains the list of invitations from prospective landlords to apply to their property. To set up or change your search criteria, click the Three-Dots button in the upper right corner of the page and select the "Edit" button:

Using TC Messenger, you can easily communicate with your landlord, as well as send important files to them. Clicking the "Messages" icon in the upper right corner of your dashboard takes you to the list of your dialogues:
You can only send messages and files to connected users.

To view or edit your account information, use the "Settings" icon in the upper right corner of the screen. On this page, you can change your account information, login, password, set up online payments and manage all the uploaded files in your account:
Using TenantCloud, you will be notified of all the important actions and events regarding your rentals. You can find the "News Feed" widget on the right side of your Dashboard. You can also view your notifications by clicking the "News Feed" icon in the upper left corner of the page:

Clicking the "Additional Services" icon in the upper left corner of the screen takes you to the list of TenantCloud partners, who can assist you in accomplishing your household tasks. Get free service quotes by pressing the appropriate button:
