How do I export my account data?

To export your account data, go to the "Settings" section in your account and click "Profile Information"

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Export data" button in the "Export" section:

Select what items you would like to include in the ZIP file. You can choose everything on the list or select particular items like property/units, contacts and etc.:

When the data export is ready, go to the "Profile Information" section and click on the "Download" button in the "Export" section:

Please note!

If the archive file is too large, the process of generation of file can take some time. You will receive an email that the archive is ready and you can log in to your account and download the archive.
